Off-Campus Housing and Roommates |
Many housing options can be found by using our online housing database, OCH101. Visit www.umd.och101.com to search for the housing option that best meets your needs. Use Roommate Finder, another online database, to search for potential roommates. You can access Roommate Finder by visiting www.umd.och101.com/rm_index.php. Apartment Directories & maps are also available in our office.
While the University does not offer on-campus housing for graduate students, there are two graduate student housing communities in close proximity to the campus - Graduate Hills and Graduate Gardens. These apartment communities are located on University property, but are managed by the private company, Southern Management Corporation.
Off-Campus Living fairs are offered each year. Representatives from apartment complexes and individual landlords attend to answer your questions about housing in the local area. Check back for updated information about the fairs in late spring!
